We want you to shop with complete confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

βœ” The product delivered is damaged
βœ” You received the wrong item
βœ” The parcel arrived in poor or unacceptable condition
βœ” The product is defective

Note: You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Have its original packaging, seal, and protective wraps intact

  • Be returned with all items included (box, bottle, accessories, etc.)

  • Match the condition in which it was delivered

If the perfume bottle is opened or used, the return will not be accepted.


3. Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

✘ Opened bottles or broken seals
✘ Products damaged due to customer mishandling
✘ β€œChange of mind” after opening the product
✘ Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide photos or video of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you on sending the item back


5. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued through:

Refund time: 3–7 working days after approval.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions (used, opened, tampered, or damaged), the refund will be declined, and the product may be returned back to you.

Replacements are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
