1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

β The parcel arrived in poor or unacceptable condition

2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:

Have its original packaging, seal, and protective wraps intact

Be returned with all items included (box, bottle, accessories, etc.)

Match the condition in which it was delivered
If the perfume bottle is opened or used, the return will not be accepted.
3. Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

β Opened bottles or broken seals
β Products damaged due to customer mishandling

β Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

5. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

If the returned item does not meet the conditions (used, opened, tampered, or damaged), the refund will be declined, and the product may be returned back to you.

Replacements are processed after the original item is returned and inspected.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
