This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and handed over to the courier.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas / Villages: 5–10 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unexpected circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard COD charges apply depending on your location.

  • Prepaid Orders: Discounted or free delivery may apply during promotions.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.


4. Parcel Open on Delivery

We offer Parcel Open on Delivery for customer satisfaction.
Customers may check the package before accepting to ensure:

βœ” No leakage, damage, or wrong item
βœ” Proper packaging

Once the product is opened completely (seal broken), the order becomes non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier company details

  • Tracking link or message (SMS/WhatsApp)

You can check your parcel status anytime using the tracking link.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

HZN Premium is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incomplete contact information

  • Recipient not available

  • Courier unable to reach you

If a parcel is returned due to wrong/incomplete information, the customer may be charged additional delivery fees for re-shipment.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing, or appears tampered:

  1. Do NOT accept the parcel

  2. Take clear photos/videos immediately

  3. Contact us within 24 hours for assistance

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, HZN Premium ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping will be added soon.
